These terms cover Matterhorn Goods, our store, and the orders you place there. The Matterhorn website and app have their own Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover Matterhorn Goods, our store at trymatterhorn.com/goods (the “Store”), and everything you buy from it. The Store is run by Matterhorn Travel LLC, a California limited liability company, 3223 West 6th St STE 101 #1071, Los Angeles, CA 90020, United States (“Matterhorn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1Your Rights Come First
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If those laws give you more than these Terms do, those laws apply.
2Orders
When you place an order, you get a confirmation email. That means we received it. It is accepted when it goes into production.
We may cancel an order before production for a good reason, such as a pricing mistake, a product we cannot make, or a payment that looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full and tell you why.
3Prices and Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
Prices can change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
4Made to Order
Every item is printed after you order it, just for you. That shapes how returns work, so please read our Refund Policy before you order.
5Colors and Measurements
Screens show color differently, so the item in your hands may look slightly different from the photo. Sewn garments can also vary slightly from the size guide, usually by about half an inch. Neither counts as a defect.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items are covered by our Refund Policy.
6Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms. You can find both in your bag and on every product page.
7Our Designs
The Matterhorn name, logo, and every design we print belong to us. Buying an item gives you the item, not the rights to the artwork on it.
Wear it, photograph it, and post it wherever you like. Please do not copy our designs onto your own products, sell items with them, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
8Liability
We make our products and run the Store with reasonable care.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Nothing here limits responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
9Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County.
If you live in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of your own country’s consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
